Pamper yourself

For the last few weeks I've been feeling utterly fatigued, with no energy and an aching body. It's been a huge struggle just to get out of bed and get dressed. I know my tiredness is due to having M.E. but I know lots of other people are feeling some what worn out too. Some because of having exams to prepare for, some because of work pressures and others due to making wedding plans. Well I think what we all need to make us feel a little better is to have a pampering session, so we feel utterly relaxed so we get a good nights sleep.

Montana Moonlight has this pretty gift bag full of goodies to help you pamper yourself. It has a muscle rub, bath salts and a hand scrub to help you get your body all relaxed and clean ready to catch some healing sleep.

Puddleduk Soap Co has created this rub for helping tired and painful muscles. It contains an essential oil blend that not only smells lovely but they have been used for centuries to help relieve all those muscular aches.

Scents-ible Solutions Joint ease solution is a spicy mix of essential oils that will help to warm your joints and hopefully lessen any pain in them, great for writers cramp if you've been writing lots of exam papers.

As the photo says this item from Dimanche Cez Moi is a knitting pattern to make some bobble based slippers that will not only keep your toes warm but they will massage your feet as you walk about.

After a hard day at work do your feet ache? Well this foot butter from Back of the Moon can help you with that. I love the small of lemongrass and the freshness of the peppermint is sure to lift your spirit and make those aches disappear.

Sometimes we all need to pamper ourselves to make ourselves feel better. Be it a long soak in a hot bath or a full all over body massage, it's all worth the effort and it can make you feel a million dollars. It's a simple way to improve your quality of life, so go ahead and take a little bit of me time. You deserve it!
